Important Notes

  • Eastern Oregon University will not be liable for re-issuing transcripts that are refused, unopened or sent to an incorrect address. When sending electronic transcripts, please be sure that the recipient will accept electronic transcripts and that you have the correct email address.
  • Please contact the Registrar’s Office immediately if you receive notification that your transcript was not received.
  • Refunds for incorrect orders will not be issued.
  • Transcripts will not be printed if there are holds on the student account. Holds must be cleared by the appropriate office. If you cannot view your holds via Mountie Hub, please contact the Registrar’s Office at (541) 962-3607 or atregistrar@eou.edu.

  • If you choose to have either type of transcript sent to yourself, the transcript will have a watermark printed on it stating “ISSUED TO STUDENT”.

EOU Unofficial Transcripts

  • You will need to know either your Student ID Number (910#) or your EOU username. This is the username that you used to log into your EOU Email (Example: Your username is“jsmith“if your email address isjsmith@eou.edu).
  • You will need to provide your date of birth and the last four digits of your social security number.
  • There is no charge for this service.
  • If you’re not able to acquire your unofficial transcript using this method, please order anOfficial Transcript using “Parchment”.

    • Log intoMountie Hub in the my.EOU portaland go to the “Student Services & Financial Aid” link and then “Student Records” and then select “Order Official Transcripts” (you will be re-directed to theParchment website). Follow the ordering and payment instructions.
      • PLEASE NOTE: The$10.00payment is required for official transcripts. Additional postage fees may apply.
  • Unofficial Transcripts & Enrollment Verifications
    • Log intoMountie Hub in the my.EOU portaland go to the “Student Services & Financial Aid” link and then “Student Records” and then select either “Unofficial Transcript PDF” or “Enrollment Verification PDF“.

Please Note
